Race Options
This app asked what kind of race are you, and there four options, white, Latino, black, ‘Mongolian’. First not everybody want to fill in this information. Second, there is not even a right option for everyone. It’s ridiculous.
Smart Scale Nice.. Other Components Need Work
I have to say that I like the scale and how it’s all done through Bluetooth, but I don’t like the encouragement system. I am considered to be obese. I’m not proud of the weight I have gained which was stress and depression. Since I changed eating habits and have gone plant based I have lost 2.4lbs.. what I don’t like about the app is that it is body shaming. Please fix to where it notices small improvements instead of saying “ you haven’t lost significant weight” any weight loss should be celebrated and this app makes me feel like I’m not doing enough. There needs to be more motivating factors instead of making the user feel their weight loss is not good enough. Also sometimes clicking on the weight shows another weight and is off by like .01-.04 please fix this

Made in china is just worth of that price
Don’t waste your money on the 30 bucks scale which is only lasted for 6 months.
Data loss
I was using this product for years… and all of my data have been lost, as the developers didn’t think about synchronisation between the old and new data.
There was no emails, notifications, whatsoever. But what is more frustrating and made me furious today - this Is the third time when the app didn’t allow me to login with an email that I submitted earlier, saying “user doesn’t exist”!!!!!!!!
How many times I have to start from the scratch?!!! Please, do something!!!

From lack of diversity to racism
I have a serious problem with the racism this app has shown me. When I changed my model from Hispanic to of African descent my body fat went down 5% and my muscle mass went up 4.8%. I thought the ethnicity selection was just to see what races were using the app. I didn’t know it actually changed the way my body is measured. I don’t know why ethnicity even matters when people of all sizes and shapes come in every color.
The reason I had Hispanic selected despite not being Hispanic is quite racist as well. None of the options described me very well because I’m multiracial so I used the skin color selection and was classified as Hispanic. For a few months I was like whatever but recently decided to change it to African descent because that was more accurate.
Please at least think about working on this issue. Of course if the developers are too racist to recognize the issue, it’s that apparently my ethnicity greatly influences the way my body is measured.

⁉️Old APP shutdown for iOS users❌DATA LOSS
How to do data synchronization between the old APP and the new one? As a loyal fans I can’t afford to lose my records of these years. It’s abrupt to shutdown the old APP without any notification!! I need to backup my data‼️How ⁉️❔💢

My device couldn’t connect to app after update and I lost all data coz the new version didn’t allow me to login via WeChat.
