  • Overall dissatisfied

Remote deposit does not work most of the time. When you call they cannot help you. They tell you they will have to call and check on the system and call you back and then don’t. Their new location could not be more inconvenient. They are clear across town by the mall from where they used to be. Also they are not as friendly anymore. I have been a member since I was a kid and I am seriously considering changing to a credit union that is still located downtown. Maybe if they were open on Saturdays that would help.
  • Security

While the app itself is fine to use, the security questions are absolutely frustrating. Every single time you log in you have to use your login, answer a security question, and then your password. This is fine except for the fact that one of the questions it asks, was never a question I chose and when I input ANY answer including the correct one ( my moms mom only has one name), it rejects the answer. When I broached this subject with a bank employee I was essentially told that this isn’t their problem and that I just need to exit out of the app, and restart it to get a different question. I sometimes have to do this 8-10 times.... until I get a different question that I did actually choose... all of this just to check my balance... completely silly and unnecessary.
