Can’t cancel close enough to class time
The app is good except one shouldn’t have to call in to cancel. It would be better if we could cancel on the app up to one or two hours prior - not 24 hours.

Flawed
It tells me my credentials are incorrect so I click reset password, it tells me email is not registered. I try to create a new account then it tells me account already exists. Road block ahead!

Well organized and easy to use. Only wish is that you could track weight and list equipment use and record sets/weight
worst place to sign up
I initially signed up for fitness world in December and I paid one time membership fees of $100. At that time their representative told me that after this only $7.99 will charged biweekly. but after three month they charged $45 for annual charges and they told that we are sorry that we forget to tell you about this charges. Also they do not provide any kind of guidance. Moreover, I would like to warn everyone who want to enrol with fitness world as when they take your digital signature they do not show the conditions and make the screen blank and later on you find that they got your signature on some agreements which you would otherwise never sign. I strongly recommend not to signup here.

Please add compatibility with the Apple wallet for scan our code! Almost 2021 and we still need to open a super slow app just to scan it.
