After using this for SEVERAL months, and walking MANY miles.. I’ve still yet to ever get anything. That’s because the way their “auctions” are set up for only 1 winner per day (which the developers will reply and say “that’s the fair way, blah blah) BUT ITS NOT! Because, every day the bid amount gets higher and higher, because the people that have been using the app the longest will of course always have the highest bids and with so many users, it’s going to take YEARS just to be able to be at the top! Yes, you can do extra things for gems, but it’s usually watching endless ads and taking quizzes. So, it’s just not worth taking up the extra data and storage space to wait YEARS to get a measly $5 card! So I just deleted it and use other apps (like Evidation and Cash Walk) that are more realistic and attainable!
Of course, they do have other “offers” for a tiny percentage off of REALLY expensive fitness items that you can get with gems, but $10 off a $100 smart water bottle..no thanks ✋🏻🙃
I guess this app would be okay if you want some extra health/fitness tips, but honestly, just do some research..but definitely don’t use this for “rewards” because you’re gonna wait A WHILE!Show lessBrittly27

Hey! Thanks for the feedback. Rewards have been replaced with auctions in order to make this a more fair claiming experience for everyone and sustainable for the app. Previously, users had to rush the app every day at 12pm ET to claim a reward when they were restocked. This caused many app issues and was unfair to members as not everyone could access the app at 12pm ET. That being said, the new auction system provides a fairer opportunity, considering even if you aren't one of the many highest bidders, you can still win a reward through our raffle system, as 85% of rewards are distributed through the auction and 15% are distributed through the raffle. This ensures that you can still win a reward even if you don't have a lot of Gems, and you don’t lose your Gems if you don’t win the auction. In terms of the daily step goal, the max step goal was increased to 7K steps (originally it was 6K steps). Your current step goal will remain the same & the dynamic step goal will remain in effect, meaning if you aren’t hitting your current goal, it will adjust to be lower. However, if you are consistently hitting your step goal, it may slightly increase, but never more than 7K steps. At the end of the day, our app's mission is to promote healthy behaviors through steps and health education. This app is getting less and less motivation to me because of the action in the gift card. The gems is increased daily by 20 to 100 range for the 5 dollar gift card. Now, it is over 56K and you might not get it. I am started wondering if it is a truly action and just a set up by the company and make it difficult to auction it. Just increasing daily . I would not recommend to my friends or anyone. And I delete this app even I know they don’t care or less of what I did. Just very frustrated with this app.Show lessjkpui
I used to love this app!
This app has changed a lot since I first started using it which was a couple years back. What has really changed is the redemption for prizes. They have moved on to a gambling form to win prizes (highest bidder takes the prize) this makes it hard to win any prizes. I will admit though that this app motivated me and taught me new things about a variety of topics! With that being said I have made the decision to delete my account and the app as it’s just not as motivating as it once was. I had won great prizes like $25 gift cards for hotels and such in the past but now I can’t even get enough gems to win a $5 gift cards.Show lessGiggles92-25
