DONT TRUST THIS APP
i know you probably always see those ads on tiktok and insta reels about it paying with all the comments being like “omg. i just got $1500 just for walking” but these are all lies. they’re either lies or people confusing the app’s cryptocurrency for a real currency thinking 1k sweatcoin is 1k in real life.
i’ll explain why you don’t want to use it now:
1. their currency isn’t the equivalent to your currency. you need 25 sweatcoin (25 MILES) just to join a raffle that’s obvious never going to let you win. i tried countless of these and never got anything once.
2. they promote companies that scam you. i tried to get some underwear once from there once. applied to the free trial of the company they promoted. searched up the company and it turned out they don’t deliver until a month after your subscription. if you try to cancel on them. they don’t deliver your free parcel and make u wait till next month when they charge a ridiculous amount a month for just some underwear. i think it was like £59 a month or something.
3. it’s just a huge waste of time. u can walk millions of miles and never get anywhere. you don’t get money for walking. you just get small vouchers at places that are probably going to scam you anyway. don’t get this app.

Things don’t work!
I have had this app for several years and it certainly has encouraged me to be more active and aware of my steps. Not finding however anything of use to me for my sweat-coins, I used to regularly transfer them to my son. This transfer procedure seems to have been hidden/removed from my app and I have made sure that I have kept it updated. Reaching out to support, they just give me the steps I have tried over and over to do without success. I have even sent screenshots of the screen where they suggest I will find the ‘send’ button. It just isn’t there! Not much point in me keeping this app really.
Even some ads regularly hang up and the advice from support is to delete and add the app again. ( and lose all my sweatcoins?) or turn phone on/off. This gets irritating when needed to do more than once a day to remedy.
I have lost the love for this app.

Could be better..
Unfortunately, it takes a long time to fill up your steps, even if you are very active. You used to be able to bid on exclusive deals as a non-premium user. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible and the "competitions" are not really promising either.
