Useless application
I am very disappointed about this application. It actually shows nothing. I can see steps on the bracelet’s screen, I don’t need it to be doubled on my iPhone. I can see details neither about my physical activities nor sleep. If I knew that application is such a crap I wouldn’t buy particular smart band.Show lessRobert Foxy
Completely random syncing
I have had the QS80 for a couple of weeks now, and the App is hugely frustrating. It syncs dimmed with the bracelet perfectly to start with, but now chooses to sync what it wants (it doesn’t as most of the time seems to be), and when it wants.
Some days it syncs steps, and not the sleep, other days it’s the total opposite.
No clear instructions, and no help guide on the app or online to figure out how to fix the issues.

Doesn’t seem to work
All the app is showing is steps. I brought the bracelet to record sleep and heart rate but it is not showing this at all. Tried to contact company, no response. Are there any other apps that work with the s18 bracelet ???Timsey85
