Great start, Dead Finish, in 7 days...
Suddenly the bracelet that this software is built for, is dead. It no longer connects to any Bluetooth devices. I've had it under 7 days.
The Bluetooth symbol used to appear on its display all the time. Now, nothing. The app can't find it. The iphone can't find it. It's just a watch.

Had some promise, but...
The band and app works ok until you make a change. If you disconnect the app from the band and make a change to the account then the band will no longer connect to any device, basically making the Bluetooth connection useless which makes the band useless. So be sure to set up the account information BEFORE you connect to the band, and under no circumstances use the guess option on the registration screenShow lessdfhawk60

This app needs work
This apps does not connect to the watch for a prolonged time because the app closes shortly after you exit from it, so it renders the smart watch functionality useless
I understand the difficulties for making an app but if this app had the most simple of parameters it would not have many problems of the ones I'm experiencing if any at all (watch disconnected, no notifications + having to pair once again)
I believe that if you allow the app to have either [background app refresh] or stay opened in the background this can be solved. I have knowledge that Apple has a limit on how much time an app can be active but Pebble worked for some reason, I understand it shouldn't be too hard to add that option for the app to stay active and never lose communication or pairing with the watch.
This is just to help out, I will change rating if this is fixed. Keep up the good work.Show lessJeyxero

Please include imperial option as well as metric. Also 12 hour clock. Will work better in USA. ThanksMclugg

The ap will not stay open on iOS. So the watch is garbage. Do not buy the watch.richeleathome

Not user friendly
I'm trying to register my watch, but when I click 'register' it's asking for a 'mailbox account' but where can I find that info? Not user friendly by any means and the directions are in ChineseRedbull luv
Needs improvement
The watch and the app lack good instructions.
After successfully connecting the watch and the bracelet via Bluetooth I opened the app and logged in. When I go to the settings in the app a message appears " mo Bluetooth device found" yet in the settings on the phone itself it shows that I am connected ? The instructions say at May take to establish the connection. . 3 hours later still cannot find the Bluetooth. I even tried using the app search feature never finishes searching.
