    Any possibility to set as default one Site to bypass the first site selection screen?
    Any way to provide snapshots when a motion detection is detected in the doorbell or camera?
    Can ‘quick actions’ be added to the icon of the app to disarm, arm, or others just like alarm.com is offering with customized actions?
    Please provide Camera support for viewing on Google Home displays.
  • Push notifications?!

    Haven’t been receiving push notifications when my sensors are activated since I’ve had this app. The notify on buttons are enabled. Update please! Seems like the app has bugs. Get an error notification when I drive about a half mile from home in the exact location each time!

    Update: can’t even get into the app. It says “too many username and pin failures. Please try again” and I never incorrectly entered my info! It’s been days now. Why won’t the developer update these bugs!!!!! My alarm company is no better. I can never get the customer service rep for Villara to ever respond back to me. I’m so frustrated.
  • This system is awful!

    I have had nothing but problems with this security system and the app. The doorbell camera will stop working for no reason even though my wifi is fast and connected. Sometime it senses motion and other times it doesn’t. Anytime you make a change such as upgrading to a new iphone or router you have to go through the dealer instead of letting the user update it themselves in the app. After upgrading to the iphone 12 the app won’t log me in and there is no way to do a password reset. Terrible!
  • No Notifications

    I haven’t had any Notifications in Months. All the settings are on and yet still nothing. The developer needs to update this systemic problem many other users are complaining about. Seems like the developer simply doesn’t care.
  • Great app ones is all setup

    I have had the UltraSync panel for about 3 years and keeps working absolutely great. The ability to interact with my cameras, alarm and Zwave products in a single app is just fantastic. I honestly have pace of mind and confort since day 1. My system has several indoor and outdoor cameras, several automation products, thermostats and of course the complete intrusion system.
  • Is this ever going to get an update?

    The GUI on the newer phones are all messed up with the menu titles and buttons on top of themselves. It would have been done so much better for speed of loading as well as layout. It generally works. It please give it a much needed facelift.
  • Garbage

    This app is trash. I do not feel safe having this app tied to the security of my home. I could personally build a MUCH better app than this.
  • The app is bad. Really bad.

    Every action takes forever to run on the best wireless. The user interface is horrible, they definitely didn’t hire any UI designers or UX designers. Half the time the camera is inaccessible and the other half it’s slow. This is on a tested WiFi network too. If this is the best a smart home has to offer then it’s definitely not worth any money, stick to the dumb home and save yourself from the agony of using this app and the shotty hardware from interlogx.
  • Notifications!

    The app lets me remotely turn on and off the alarm, which is great; however, it doesn’t send me a SMS message when the alarm goes off. I get an email, but, seriously how often will you check an email to know something is wrong. Checked the mobile # and it is correct in the settings.

  • Not the smartest home automation

    This has been really painful to use. I think there are way better services out there like ring and simplysafe. The app is horribly out dated and not user friendly. I don’t know who has the patients to wait for screens to load. I swear the waiting symbol is the most common thing you will see on this app
