Connection à distance problématique
Suite à des erreurs d’identification pour ouvrir l’app, un message m’indiquant les erreurs répétées et d’attendre un moment pour réessayer. Jusque là ça va, mais ce message ne disparaît jamais… plus d’un mois plus tard le message persiste sans que je puisse entrer mon code. Suppression de l’app et réinstallation, rien y fait… le message demeure et bloque l’application.

Login errors
The app keeps showing too many login errors and it’s almost impossible to get it to work again. Does not always swap to new over mobile devices and then permanently disallows login.
Needs updates
Please update the app to suit newer iOS devices. We as a company have had multiple instances of failing to login on newer iPhones running on iOS 17 or later.
App unavailable error
When I get an alert I open the app - all looks ok. Check cameras - all not ok! But then the app is not available to turn alarm off or reset. EVERY TIME ‼️👎🏻

I havent used the app for months, then only opened 1or 2 times (normally turn alarm on and off with remote). So surprised when I get this message when logging in?????

Hi dont buy the comnav card for hills alarm as it takes ages to load to alarm and very unreliable and i have to keep switching of my alarm power off and on to fix errors that i get with it
Local network access blocked in latest hardware firmware updates
Latest firmware blocks lock network communication directly with the ComNav unit. The HomeBridge integration is literally the reason I purchased the card and had it installed. Please re-enable this ability or put it behind an option in the app.

Just works
I’ve read all the other reviews, but I can’t relate to those experiences.
The installer set this up properly for me and it works well.
There’s always going to be a slight lag, given this works over mobile and internet. But it’s nothing you can’t live with.

Alerts are way too subtle
This app really needs more obvious alerts for when an alarm is triggered. I’ve fully enabled all notification options and i’ll often easily miss them and see them hours later. I get an email and a very quiet banner notification. Often my phone is on silent so the notification doesn’t do anything to attract attention. If the developers could fix this and make the alert function like my wake up alarm that works even in silent mode, I would be ok with this app.
