Not working anymore

This app is shameful. It must have been built on a platform from about 5 years ago. We just had a system put in our house this week and we are having it removed as it is not user friendly, not intuitive and just plain dumb.R. Alex Grant
1980s technology in a 2020 world
Bad interface, bad design, poor execution. Menus are not intuitive, actions are not laid out in a logical manner. Too many button clicks to accomplish a task. And don’t ever forget a password because you simply can not reset it without a call to the original installer and have them physically access the system.Bart_SATX
Awesome when it works
I love this app when it works. Unfortunately it has connection errors constantly. Definitely needs an update!Bmugs17
COR thermostat compatibility issues
This app would be more universal if it would hold the Carrier Cor thermostat settings. It allows you to add your thermostat by inputting the screen name and password, but will drop off after a few hours. I contacted Ultrasync and they blame Carrier and Carrier blames Ultrasync. I place the responsibility squarely on Ultrasync to resolve this issue within “their” app. It would be nice to add the Cor screen name and password one time and be done with it once and for all. Please resolve this issue to improve the overall functionality.
Update:
The Carrier COR issue resolved with recent software update and seems to be holding well now. The auto alarm issued resolved by service technician turning off feature that sends a smart phone notification. The only issue outstanding is when you depress the 7” digital control panel. It now has a screen message to input “installer pin” rather than user pin or select arrow to go back. Please include in next update. Thanks!Shawn097

Much like the panel and the user interface this app is trash. I can’t get my system set up because there is no help on the website and no way around the lock out feature on the app. Don’t use the Face ID unless you want to get locked out and to not be able to get in to program anything.Randomness07
Needs Work
App works okay but could be much better.
1. Add Geo Fencing and notification reminders to the app for alarm arming reminders.
2. Fix the tab bar for iPhone XS and X displays. Right now the icons are jumbled withe the tab bar.
3. Give some sort of indication that the system is communicating an action with the app. Right now you don’t know if your are waiting or if a command didn’t get sent.
4. Use native iOS buttons not weak HTML buttons with no feedback.
5. Integrate with Apple HomeKit!TheHumblizer

App seems outdated for newer devices. Some screens don’t show all the text properly. Doesn’t allow you to link up with google home, home kit, etc...Mop Hop
