Consider other hardware for alarm
Consider the app before you consider your alarm system. This one constantly asks me to turn on permissions that I don’t wish to grant the app when it launches (location). Cannot default into an alarm device when the app launches - you have to select it every time. Arming and disarming takes too long because of all these taps and steps required to get the page up. Night mode requires tapping STAY 3 times. I just want to select night mode. Lots of potential if they add features and focus on UX. Otherwise a let down for the alarm product.

Can ‘quick actions’ be added to the icon of the app to disarm, arm, or others just like alarm.com is offering with customized actions?

Updated now not working
My app updated to the latest app now its not connecting to my alarm system.
Update the App break all functionality
Just upgraded to the latest app which now makes my access to my alarm useless please fix I can no longer get into it
Fully functional
Had the system up and running for a few weeks now. Works well and having the garage door automated is wonderful. An apple watch app would be a welcome addition

Impossible à configurer. Les fautes de français par dizaines. 0 convivial.

Avoid this system if possible.
- Doesn’t work well with mesh wifi networks (Orbi and Eero Pro)
- Takes forever and a day to load
- Changing the wifi? Dear god… you’ll find that running a 10km marathon backwards on your hands while they are tied behind your back easier

Nightmare
Impossible to configure when you change WI-FI network.
Okay but annoying
This app works and it does what it’s supposed to do, it’s really useful. However, every time I want to arm or disarm the security system, I always get a message telling me the session is expired and then the app refreshes. It takes only a few seconds but it is so annoying because it happens every time. Can the app refresh by itself automatically instead of showing this error message every time?
