Incomplete App
This app does much of what’s promised, but falls short of what the video tutorial states it will do.
Spent a significant time trying to get the app to allow me to customize notifications, but that function does not operate at all... giving me an arcane warning that “this language is not supported “.
Hopefully the company will fix this app and make it useful.JBW@SJC

I updated to the latest version and it promised Amazon Alexa support. I'm logged in as the Master User and no Alexa menu item in the drop down list!!!!Wolfepack88
Smart!
I love my ultra sync! It gets better with every update. They seem to come about every 3 months or so. If I could yell at Alexa to put my ultra sync to work, I would never leave my chair! Maybe someday. I use it to control some lamps, garage door and front door lock, and security system. I got a camera that lets me check on things when I'm gone. I really like my smart home with this app and system.Lazy1isI
Crashes
I had the firmware updated on my security system now the app crashes intermittently. Tells me that I'm already signed in. Clears after 2 or 3 times but kind of annoying to have to login and out multiple timesAshbucket1
