Motion Detection Doesn’t Work
The ability to define where motion is detected doesn’t work with iPhone XR. Support is poor in that you have to rely on the supplier and not the manufacturer. Very disappointing. To get to the camera to view you have to first login which is a nuisance. Should be able to get direct access to view the camera. Definitely needs an overhaul.

Poor design and notifications
Clumsy poorly designed interface, bad notification setup. No thumbnails on video clips. The ultra sync doorbell sends you two notifications when it rings. It’s become more of a nuisance. Lots of configuration options but really didn’t design this for normal everyday use where it doesn’t irritate the hell out of you.

Trash
Much like the panel and the user interface this app is trash. I can’t get my system set up because there is no help on the website and no way around the lock out feature on the app. Don’t use the Face ID unless you want to get locked out and to not be able to get in to program anything.
Needs Work
App works okay but could be much better.
1. Add Geo Fencing and notification reminders to the app for alarm arming reminders.
2. Fix the tab bar for iPhone XS and X displays. Right now the icons are jumbled withe the tab bar.
3. Give some sort of indication that the system is communicating an action with the app. Right now you don’t know if your are waiting or if a command didn’t get sent.
4. Use native iOS buttons not weak HTML buttons with no feedback.
5. Integrate with Apple HomeKit!

Outdated
App seems outdated for newer devices. Some screens don’t show all the text properly. Doesn’t allow you to link up with google home, home kit, etc...

Incomplete App
This app does much of what’s promised, but falls short of what the video tutorial states it will do.
Spent a significant time trying to get the app to allow me to customize notifications, but that function does not operate at all... giving me an arcane warning that “this language is not supported “.
Hopefully the company will fix this app and make it useful.

You likely need a firmware update on your Ultrasync alarm console. Call your provider and they’ll be able to push it remotely.
