Absolute garbage app

The service is good. But whoever developed this app should seriously reconsider their career. Nothing works. The management at Christian Matrimony needs to rethink their budget for this app. Shame.

Profile updates are not working

I tried updating personal details but it looks some of it never change even after validation. Looks deleting the profile completely and recreating is the only way to get the profile details updated.

Worst ever UI

This is not at all user friendly
And could be more complicate to use for parents

MOBILE NUMBER SAYS WRONG

Every time I try to register and enter my mobile no, it says invalid. I’m unable to register my account.

If you are looking for customer service, go elsewhere

They say that they verify the profiles. However, when we contacted one of the profile, the person on the other end said that you need to pay us money to talk to the person in the profile.
When I reported this to the customerservice team, the opened an automatic ticket.
When I followed-up on the ticket after 10 days, they opened another ticket on top of the ticket already opened.
The only customer service this site offers is the calls from their multiple sales person calling you to buy a paid membership.

Crashes every time when you check the chat page. Please fix it.

Bug: Does not allow me to register

Gives me error saying to put a valid mobile number while i give my actual mobile number. Developers pls fix this issue.

Don't become paid member without interacting with their 24x7 lousy support

They sold me into buying a paid plan saying you would be able to see more profiles. But no change in search results or counts from before becoming paid member. Then came the app versus mobile site inconsistencies that I pointed to support team Raveena n Ram for which they treated me as if am disturbing their day with my problem. I kept getting interest n messages from people I already declined from their same id not even fake. I the website says no new matches or interests. App says 40 pending. N after becoming paid member no new matches n no daily match suitable when my search pulls out many based on preferences. The support does not have a ticketing system nor cares to respond. My humble request is to leave this site and use shaadi or Tamil matrimony where the service n content is not inconsistent and the support knows what they are doing. Deeply disappointed to be fooled and becoming a paid member as my parents were unaware of their marketing gimmicks. I have used this site patiently for 10 years and the situation has become worser not better. Don't waste your life and miss your match by your interest not reaching them nor response going to dustbin. Just beware!!!

Interface needs to be redeveloped

Having hard time with the iOS app. Sometimes when searching a profile, you end up not seeing the photos. Having to reboot the app multiple times until the photos are visible. The same with the search results. The user having to reboot it several times until the profiles appear on each listed table in home page.
