If you are looking for customer service, go elsewhere
When I reported this to the customerservice team, the opened an automatic ticket.
When I followed-up on the ticket after 10 days, they opened another ticket on top of the ticket already opened.
The only customer service this site offers is the calls from their multiple sales person calling you to buy a paid membership.
