App doesn't work at all
Will not connect to my system. There customer service ends from 11am to 8pm so you can never get help. App and system are a complete waste of money

This app worked in early March, now cannot get it to work with iPhone at all. Responses from Annke View are gibberish. Fix the update problem ASAP, I need this to monitor two relatives who have Alzheimer's!

Can not remote view outside home network, can not view Onvif ipcamera not made from annke remotely, act like a big company now right!? Won't use this brand again, stay away

Unable to connect to Cloud Server
I bought my security camera system because of the app features advertised with the product. I can't connect to the servers because they are down so often so I am looking for a refund on my cameras, the system, and the installation.
