I ordered from Australia to my Dhaka address using my card then again I had to send a payment screenshot, bank name, number, and currency code in live chat to verify. Then they even called my family to confirm the order and ask where I live and if they know someone ordered for them. Come one guys!!! Show some professionalism!!!
My family even had to toss some items like lemons and bananas. Here’s some advice: focus on quality service and good products, and you won’t have to work so hard to get new customers. Fire the tech and management team
