    Never works correctly, crashes all the time, schedule decides to not show up way too often. Companies need to find a less garbage app to put their employees schedules on.

    app is completely useless since i got a new phone, i can put my password in but it will never allow me to log in, just keeps me stuck on the loading screen presumably attempting to log in. literally so frustrating is anyone else having this problem ?? i switched to an 11 pro and literally have not been able to get this app to work ever since

  • Outdated

    Add the ability to use fingerprint scanner or even the ability to remember password. It gets so annoying having to type in a password every single day.

    This app is the worst. It always locks me out and says my ID isn’t correct. The app is so disorganized and sooo poorly set up. I wish I didn’t have to use it. It’s absolutely the most horrific app I have ever had to use. If I could give it no stars I would....
  • Truly Awful User Interface. Entirely unfriendly.

    This app would be completely usable if they took the time to modify all the small and infuriating pieces of extraordinarily poorly thought-out UI. The scroll system to select individual dates is just awful, the app will sometimes delete inputs where it should save them, and there is no option to repeat any sort of request. Absolutely ridiculous. It barely serves the user. Whoever designed this should be ashamed. It feels like no real thought was given to any part of it. What should be a simple task takes forever. The worst scheduling app I have ever seen. JDA, please update this to be better, or go out of business swiftly so another more capable company can move in.

  • If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!

    I would like to recommend possibly adding Touch ID as a feature on this app! It’s a small but nice detail :)
  • Disappointed

    Definitely disappointed. App does not let you reach all functions on it (iphone) such as a way to change/adjust schedule. Also glitches and freezes often. Really was upset about this because it was a main source that we used at my job now we had to have everyone switch to something different.
  • Showing I’m not scheduled???

    This app was working fine for the last month or so... now most of the employees that log in are getting a message saying they are not scheduled when clearly they are.
    Pretty hard to have employees come to work on time and not need to call or come in to look at the schedule.
    This app should work since our company is paying for us to use it!
