  • iPhone X = No Schedule for You!

    Worked fine with my iPhone 6, but once I switched to the iPhone XS it no longer lets me log in. I thought maybe I needed to reset my password, but the app won’t let you do that either. Huge inconvenience when it comes to planning out my calendar!
  • Why can’t it just work?!?

    I wish my employees and I would stop getting errors every time we login. It worked for a few days and now it’s back to not letting people sign in again. I don’t really want to have to start texting 35 people their schedule every week....
  • App working..?

    I just got my new phone, ( iPhone XR ) and the app won’t load, it worked with my 8, but not anymore. Hopefully this can be fixed, I do need this for work.

  • Nothing is loading

    No option to swap shifts in app with employees. Half the time the app doesn’t load all features after being logged onto. Hopefully gets fixed soon. Please fix ASAP.
  • Add missing features...

    I would give this app a 5 star rating but it’s missing some key features such as the ability to add shifts to my personal calendar app and Touch ID log in for ease of access.
  • Terrible App

    The new version doesn’t have the option to add your shift to the calendar like the old app. Now I have to sign in to the app every time I want to check my schedule. Hey developers... it’s a simple option! Add the calendar function back into the app!!
  • Too hard to read

    The layout for scheduled times are hard to read. I wish it would say the days off too
  • App works!

    I’ve heard iPhone 10 or iOS 11.x hasn’t worked for some people but it’s working for me. Only thing I wish I could do was change my password from the app. I have to change it via web browser.
    If people are having issues with the app, try to clear cache by clicking the gear option. This has worked for me.
    I wish it had badge notification as well. I have to open the app to see if something is waiting my approval or the status of a request.

  • Doesn’t Work

    My company opened a new store and I was hired to work it and when we began the shift from paper schedule taped to the wall to this software, I was excited. Then, my old phone gave up the fight and I had to get a new one of the same model... only difference? iOS 11.3 is the only difference. I didn’t have it on my old phone because I hadn’t updated yet and now? The app doesn’t work and considering that my schedule is subject to change should I need to cover for someone, that’s not cool.

    I would rather not be forced to use my laptop but it looks like I have to because the JDA employee portal website has no mobile compatible version. Cool, whatever, not like I need to check my schedule or anything.

  • Does not work on iphone 7

    Does not work on iphone 7 plus but worked fine on previous phones, i wish they would correct this problem
