App will now connect through T-mobile cellular at last!!
App will not connect through T-mobile cellular after updating to IOS 10.2, but will only connect when Iphone is on WiFi even when away from the home network. Will not make a direct connection through T-Mobile network. Something to do with IOS 10.2 update. Needs another update quickly! Update- After taking nearly a year do you fix this app it is finally updated and I will connect over cellular

Love the idea behind this. I just wish they would make a more heavy duty version for outside.
Problem and a question.
I’m having a glitch. After logging in if I pan right it hits a point where it stops... swinging around left and passing that point clears it up and allows panning right through the point where it once would stop.... and what’s the new dog icon?
Needs to save password
Please add the option to save the password. It’s very annoying to have to enter the password every time you want to connect.
Also, sometimes you get an error saying robot not found, so you have to try 2-3 times to get a connection.
Other than that, the App is pretty decent, a good start for a great concept in home security.

iOS 11 broke the app
Resetting and still password can't login! I have two and both cannot connect but they are connected to my wifi.

Stopped working, how disappointing!
When I first received the appbot Riley it did not work. I purchased it on Amazon and was able to return it and receive another one. The second appbot worked great for about six months and then would no longer let me connect to it from the app. So disappointing because I really liked it when it worked. I have been resetting it and trying to get it to work for the past month with no luck. I contacted the manufacturer from their website a couple of times but they never responded.

If only it kept last session
I would have given 5 stars if it doesn't require you to choose robot and enter password each time you come back to the app. Other than that, I love this thing! The controls are very responsive and it's easy to setup. The facial recognition could use some work but I didn't get it for that. The rest works as advertised.
