Did not work for me
Before my trip to Madrid, I paid for the app, and downlodied the audio from the app.. When I arrived at the Placio Real, the app did not work! I had to pay for the audo tour at the palace and did not use the app. I would like a refund for the app because it did not work.Purple88Purple
Did not work during our visit
We downloaded this app in preparation for our visit to the Royal Palace and it did not work at all. We opened the app as instructed and tried selecting all the options - language, index, etc - with no luck. The app froze and didn’t allow us to proceed to the next screen at any point

Pésimo
El app se abre, pero en mi teléfono, es inutilizable; no funcionan las opciones, se traba el app... No me sirvió de nada. Y lo peor es que no me di cuenta hasta después de iniciar el tour, cuando ya no pude regresar para rentar un audio guía en la entrada. Quisiera que me regresaran mis 2 €.USAinMTY
Perfect tour
Downloaded this instead of getting he media guide and was not disappointed. Using the app let’s you skip the media guide queue which can build up!AJC6611
