If you’re not allowed to go to the gym because you’re too young you can get this app like me because I have done it two times and I have some muscles and I’m only 10 and I’m too young to hit the gym so after tennis before I take a shower I do this I may get sweaty but I do it and I go to the shower and I am all good.
