Simple frantic fun
Have to agree with the recent review left by user Ellie. Mobile games are often a success and joy to play when they’re kept simple and have a consistent hook and allow the player to mentally flow. NotNot tasks you with following a series of simple instructions against the clock, more difficult than it sounds but never unfair. Its simple brilliance comes in how these instructions are mixed together, often poking your brain awake just when you think it’s getting easy. NotNot is well worth a download.Show lessTinpotGamer
Great Game for Quick Thinking
I think the brilliance of this game revolves around the perfect simplicity of its concept. The controls are merely swiping in a required direction specified by instructions on screen which get more and more complicated with each level, therefore, it requires you to think rapidly and logically and becomes extremely challenging very quickly making it frustrating, addictive and satisfying.
The only problem is that there are far too many ads. There is constantly an add at the top of the screen and whenever you swipe in the wrong direction there is a video ad that plays. Considering the difficulty of the game I think that the amount of ads needs to be reduced.
However, for the game itself I would highly recommend it to anybody aged 10+ but it can be enjoyed by anyone.Show lessEllie 🤔

My mind is melting...
Really good fast-paced puzzler. My mind is on edge every moment I’m playing, and I always seem to think I have much less time than I actually do. The colors get especially confusing...

Worth the dollar to remove ads
I usually download the free games to try them, which is nice and preferable to paying a dollar blindly. So all the complaints about the ads are short-changing this game because they can get rid of the ads for a buck.
The game is a fabulous challenge for the brain. When you have one second to process the phrase “not not not up or blue” it can really get intense.
I love this game and it took me one round of playing to decide to buy it.

Gimmicky Ad-o-rama
It's funny for a minute, but there are unskippable ads all the time, whether you win, lose, or just start the game. They even have ads as a ribbon distracting you from playing the game itself.bjoernik
