Time wasted to be disqualified..
Love the app overall and have withdrawn $10 from it. It’s probably one of the most legit survey apps out there! However, pretty frustrating when you spend so much time answering survey questions and after around 5-10 mins, some of these surveys just disqualify you.. shouldn’t you just ask a few questions instead of essentially making someone do the whole thing just to not pay them and disqualify? Probably not the app’s fault, but they should screen through the surveys a bit more and make sure the process of screening eligible users is a bit better 😭Show lessL1998aura
Waste of time
I took the time to answer each question, as accurately as possible and at the very end (after 5, 10 or even 15 minutes) I am “disqualified” from the survey and I do not receive the money. And the survey was answered in full. Very disappointing.Eve P. The forth
Temporarily Irritated
For the most part I love the surveys and the cash out process is easy and fast. But my time is valuable and I just spent over half an hour taking a very detailed survey. I answered every question honestly and to the best of my ability. When I answered the last question. The response was “Sorry, you don’t qualify for this survey.” I understand being disqualified for whatever reason at the front of the survey, after my age and location and income are collected. No problem with that at all. But a blatant waste of my time isn’t okay. For all I know they do this for everyone and never have to pay their 35 cents or whatever the compensation was slated to be because they have everyone’s answers. Don’t know if you can do anything about this or not, but I feel better since I got to vent a little. Thanks for listening.Show lessKaydeehay

Can not change the language
Hi I haven’t used this app much but I can’t change the language so I can’t complete the surveys I live in the Netherlands but I only understand English so it’s not the best. but I can’t give it a proper rating because I haven’t used it a lotBLoEm 🐝
So disappointing - they take your money!
I am so disappointed with this app! The surveys are ok even though, as many people said, so many times you go through a LOT of questions and then get disqualified when you’re almost at the end (and no payment!). So just a waste of time. But, even worse, they just take your money if you haven’t logged into the app for a period of time. I didn’t use it for a while and when I logged back in my balance was gone - I messaged them and they replied to say I probably didn’t use the correct login details (as sometimes this could be the issue). But I did. They then said if you don’t log in for a period of time, they’ll just wipe your balance - so they basically steal the money YOU have earned! When I messaged them to ask where is my money gone, no reply - ever. They just ignore you. How can this be even legal?! Scammers.Show lessNarmiana

it does give you money but only a few cents. You get at most 5 cents each survey. the company will always ‘disqualify’ you AFTER you’ve completed the survey.. DONT WASTE UR TIME‼️‼️ you also have to wait like 5 minties for the next survey knowing you’ll only get 3 cents from it.who acc looks at reviews💀💀
Okay
It is legit and gives you money for doing these surveys. But it has a bad habit of lying about the amount of time it takes to complete each survey. For example this survey was paying me $2.27 for a 10 min survey. It took me 15 minutes to answers the question and that was only the questions to qualify for the real survey. It then will take you to the real survey that takes you around the same amount of time. I also hate the fact that you can be in the middle of a survey you have been doing for 10+ minutes and you give a answer they don’t like and they will disqualify you. It’s a waste of my time to be doing these surveys and getting no money from it.Show lessemojiqueen_345
