Careful…

HubSpot is a solid crm but be careful. You can only automate emails to customers if you have the marketing add on (+$1k/mo) and they do remove features over time (but don’t reduce the cost). I would look elsewhere first…

OK, but quite buggy

Lots of bugs that appear and disappear over time - recently for example the search function for conversations does not work. All queries return ‘no conversations match your current search’

Previously, notifications for team mentions were not showing up, but this seems to have been fixed.

Great app.

Simple to use and track.

Brilliant with one major flaw

Day-to-day functionality is great, and making and receiving calls and logging them is so easy and I’d recommend it within a heartbeat if it weren’t for its major flaw that makes it unusable. No biometric or PIN protection. If someone accesses my phone, they could get all client data. I can’t see how this could possibly be GDPR compliant, and until they fix that, nobody who cares about their client’s data should use it.

Did not work as expected took three customer service agents to answer my simple question

Was highly disappointed that it took three phone calls to customer service for them to finally tell me it did not store images of the cards, which is a problem if you’re in a hurry, scan the card get the data but don’t have time to verify it once you save it the card disappears and you no longer have the data to check… In the environment we work in we do speed networking. You have two minutes with each client and no time address those type of issues. And in today’s world two sided cards are very prevalent and it was unable to do two sided cards. Just my opinion I think my frustration was how long it took to get an answer.

Zero user friendly and time consuming

This takes way too much time and isn’t intuitive in any way.

Just don’t even download this app!!

I signed up for a $20 monthly subscription with HubSpot to evaluate whether it was the right software for my real estate company. After using it for two months, I decided it wasn’t a good fit for my needs. However, my experience with their customer service and cancellation policy has been extremely disappointing.

Initial Issues:
Despite being assured at the beginning that I could cancel my subscription at any time, I later discovered that HubSpot had tied me to an annual contract that I did not agree to or sign.
When I tried to cancel the subscription, I was informed that I would need to pay for the full year.

Customer Service
I reached out to their customer service multiple times, both via phone and email, in hopes of resolving this issue.
Despite their initial reassurances, I was repeatedly told that I could not cancel my subscription or delete my account without paying for the entire year.

HubSpot continued to charge me for three months after my initial request to cancel.
Their cancellation and account deletion process seems deliberately complicated and misleading.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using HubSpot. Their cancellation policy and customer service practices feel deceptive and make it difficult for users to discontinue their service. If you're considering HubSpot, be very cautious and ensure you fully understand their terms and conditions before committing.
