  • I’m loving this app so far

I have a bunch of Survey panel apps, and, although some of them have paid me well, they have a certain limit for a cash out threshold, plus, when you get declined or disqualified, you get about two points, or two cents, or one point, one cents, in SurveyJunkie you sometimes get three points, three cents. and then some or most apps you get nothing. This app, oh my God, I can’t explain in words, I’ve never said anything positive about most of the Survey panels. I tried out but this? I love it, and even even when you get disqualified, they still give you a small award, sometimes five cents, sometimes seven cents, sometimes even 40. I can’t believe this, and I cashed out with one dollar to test out the threshold and I successfully did it. The only thing that’s a bit clunky is the accessibility sometimes for screen, reader users, which could slightly be improved, but overall, this is heaven to me, but that is because I’m used it for a few days, I’m still getting paid very well,I’ll keep this, and if this continues to happen, I really think I’m gonna have a sit down in the chat with myself and delete all my other accounts and these Survey panels because this is awesome

  • Cash out issue…

I would really love to give this app a higher rating. I enjoyed the app and it was doing very well until I went to cash out to PayPal. I kept getting messages it could not verify my PayPal Acct. I sent several emails that did get a response every time which was appreciated. They kept saying it was on PayPal end that it could not be verified acct. PayPal could not find a problem on their end and I have NEVER had a problem with any other app paying out to PayPal or verifying the acct just seems very strange this is the only app not being able to cash out to a active PayPal acct. if this is ever corrected and I actually receive the payout I would definitely give it a much higher rate bc I did enjoy the app.
Update… I have spoke with PayPal and agents from this app.. it seems what they fail to advise is yes they do pay out to PayPal but. banks have to also be linked to your PayPal acct to get cash out. I know many people who have PayPal and no banks linked to it and there is never been an issue.
So just a warning if your PayPal acct does not have banks linked into that acct. this app will NOT cash out to PayPal. This is the only app that I’ve ran across this problem with.

Unsure on cash out, Thanks for getting in touch. We are sorry you are experiencing an issue cashing out. As far as we know the requirements for a fully verified PayPal account are: A confirmed primary email address A confirmed bank account added to your PayPal account (not just a debit card). If you aren't sure what it is you need to do, I would suggest contacting PayPal as they should be able to help you. You can find all of PayPal's contact details here: www.paypal.com/selfhelp/homeAs soon as your account is fully verified you'll be able to link it to your Qmee account. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns. • apps quality is declining

was probably the best survey app out there at one point, it used to have great and i emphasise GREAT surverys. they had a reasonable price for a reasonable amount of time, a lot were above £1 for like 10minutes, the surveys were actually fun and interesting and they were overall just good. now, not only have the rewards dropped incredibly (for instant 30p for 12 minutes) but surverys love to kick you out when youre about to end the survey, only informing u u werent the “target” audience at the end of the survey or literally just not pay u after completing it properly. not only that but idk if they removed the bonus feature, because back then if u had spent a reasonable amount of time on a survey but got rejected halfway or at the end, Qmee would cover the payment for u. now they practically just give u a “too bad!” message. i understand that more users = less surveys but please at least put the few good quality ones out there if they are the only ones we have, and actually read our feedback on survey because the amount of times ive wrote “finished the survey but didnt get my payment” but didnt actually get payed is horrendous. also a rating system would be good so u can clearly see the bad surveys - a thumbs up and down isnt doing anything and is too broad

.☆!, We are aware that some of our users have been experiencing a higher number of survey declines in recent weeks than usual. I'm really sorry about this as I know it is extremely frustrating. Our Survey Tech Team have been investigating into this over the last couple of weeks and their findings suggest that this has been caused by a couple of reasons including the following: 1. The same surveys have been provided by a number of our surveys partners - which means you may have already taken part in a survey via one survey partner, so if a different survey partner invites you to that survey again, unfortunately, they will have to decline you (as you've already taken the survey). 2. There's been an increase in quality measures by our survey partners which are used to detect poor survey practices such as inconsistencies in survey profiles, straight-lining (providing identical/similar responses to every question in the survey) and speeding through surveys. Survey partners are now more likely to decline surveys for 'quality reasons'. To avoid this happening please check that your survey profile is accurate and up to date and that you are answering surveys to the best of your ability and that you take your time. 3. The survey content is much lower across the whole industry at the moment, which means more declines are likely as the surveys will get filled up more quickly. I can assure you we are working closely with our Survey Partners to improve the situation, and we really hope they're able to do this very soon - it's very frustrating for us when our users aren't happy and are getting lots of declines. Thanks, Jack. Customer Support Manager
  • Finish a survey - don’t get paid!

Just fully completed a 15 minute survey. Pressed submit - then told I’ve been declined - no reward. I tell Qmee on their problem form what’s happened. A waste of time. “Thanks for letting us know” they say. Ok Qmee, I won’t get my time back, but hey, can I have the personal info I’ve given away returned? I only agree to pass it on for money - and I didn’t get any. This happens EVERY day. I don’t mind if my profile is rejected before I’ve begun a survey, but when I’ve 100% completed it - you’re talking fraud here. It’s just a few pence lost per survey, but if you multiply it by 1,000s, it’s a lot of £££s going somewhere for free info. Over to you Qmee…
    Follow up:
Jack from Qmee replied to say that with any incomplete survey, the data isn’t kept. So thanks for that.

Lihke, HI there, Sorry to hear you have experienced an issue with surveys. Our survey providers have a lower number of surveys available than usual for this time of year. Less surveys means more users are entering into the same surveys, and they're filling up much faster. It's important to note, none of the information you give for a survey that gets declined by the survey provider is kept or used by them (or by us) - it's deleted by the survey provider. They can only keep/use the information given during a survey that is deemed as successfully complete by them and for which you’ve received the reward. Thanks, Jack. Customer Support Manager
  • All of these surveys want to scam you of your data and time

Many surveys will decline you after you have already answered extensively, and yes Qmee occasionally gives you some pay back but not most of the time. The pay for each survey is already low (the pictures in the app store are much higher than the actual pay, most are under a dollar even for the ones that may take half an hour) but the majority of the surveys will try to get away with even less if not for free. Apps like this NEED to hold the survey clients accountable. If they are collecting and storing data at all, even if we disqualify or it conveniently crashed at the end, there has to be a charge for that data every time, not 30% of the time. I tried the phone game side of this too, it may look like good pay to beat a phone game, but from what I’ve seen completing until the full payment could be hundreds of hours of game time, the majority of is watching ads.
I know this is a problem with every survey app, but we need to start speaking up more and holding these unethical companies accountable for ripping people off an already unlivable wage.

  • Great “Side Hustle”

This app is great for anybody who has lots of dead time, maybe when travelling. Yes it isn’t a lot of money per survey but it earns more than if you just scroll through your socials when bored. When I found it I was looking for another app but this one stood out more to me. The most recent reviews for me all said that people got very few, cheap surveys that kicked them out midway through. At the start that WILL happen, but if you update your account fully and give every but of info, you get more surveys, and they don’t ever kick you out midway through like before. The kick was happening because you would not be eligible for the survey. Sometime you can also get some great money if you check in regularly. Its a good app but shouldn’t be your main sidehustle.

  • Not perfect, but it has given me freedom

So, there are a lot of negative reviews on this. And I’m not going to sugar coat it - it does have some kinks. A lot of the surveys automatically boot you when you enter information they don’t like. But if you’ve used a lot of survey apps like me, you know this is sort of standard at this point. However, the great thing about Qmee is that most of the time it still gives you a few cents for surveys you get booted from, simply for your effort (usually the cent amount depends on how long you had the survey open for).

This is not going to make you millions overnight, but as a broke high school student without a job, I finally feel like I have some financial freedom - at least a little bit. My family doesn’t have a whole lot of money, and I no longer need to beg for my wants/needs. Even if it’s just $10-15 a week I make, I’ve seen with my eyes how quickly it adds up.

If you’re needing some pocket money, definitely give it a shot.

Natalie.gh, Thanks for your feedback. As you are aware surveys declining is an industry-wide issue, and is not unique to either Qmee or any of our survey providers. As the surveys do not belong to us, we have very little control over this - however, we don't agree with it. This is why we (Qmee) try and reward you with a small reward for surveys that have been declined by the survey provider whenever we can. We do this to say thank you for your time and effort and show you, our users, just how much we appreciate you. We are working with our partners to improve the situation which we hope to do soon. Thanks, Jack. Customer Support Manager
  • Low acceptance rates

I downloaded QMee to try it out, as I have used LifePoints which payed out pretty quickly. QMee offers a wide variety of different surveys but it seems that most surveys you do they are looking for very specific little details that are unknown to the user. Completed around 12 ish surveys well tried to and every single one was rejected or “filled up quickly” even the ones for minimal money. I wouldn’t waste your time trying to be accepted by these surveys as it just isn’t worth your time there is plenty of other ways to earn money elsewhere that requires a lot less attention and money squeezing out of jammy survey apps. Overall I think the way you get payed out is very respectable and isn’t done often so it isn’t terrible in that regard the surveys are just horrid

Edit: I realised what was happening and completed surveys differently I have currently earned around 6£ in just a mere 24 hours which I think is pretty good and very fast to pay out that is why I changed my score to 4 stars

  • Much improved enjoying this app

PLEASE NOTE since I wrote my first review I feel much happier moving along nicely paying out quickly but still getting screened out due to age I think .
I Have just asking me to be honest and careful when filling in the surveys this has really annoyed me because this was my point and why I wrote the review , !!!!! I am being careful and honestThis is a super app takes me straight to my feed and lots of surveys everyday . Simple and straight forward . I am not always eligible and get screened out but thinks that’s because I am a senior citizen . At the moment suddenly I cant access the surveys at all . I am careful to be honest and careful so finding this very frustrating I have recommended this way of taking surveys in the past but now starting to think again
