I signed up and did several surveys as well as download games to get points. Once I reached $20 I requested to cash out to my paypal account and it said it would take 2 to 3 business days but in some cases 10. It has been 7 days now and still nothing or even an email, but the main reason for giving them 1 star is because it kicked me out of my account and won’t let me log back in. I have tried resetting my password and it says if there is an account associated with the email the will send a link to reset my password and no email has been sent since last week when I sent the request for the 15 dollars to my PayPal. I tried logging in with my Google account and at first it did log in but had 0 points, which before being logged out I had 18 dollars, and when I clicked on available surveys it kicked me out and back to the sign in page and so I then tried creating another account and it says the email address is already in use but still won’t let me log in.. it is beyond frustrating and now I’m worried they may have stolen all my information.
