  • Doesn’t work at all

    I bought 2 pairs of Radar Pace for me and my brother..after 1 week of using them they won’t pair of update anymore..only the right side led is flashing green 4 times and after is shutting down..i don’t know what can i do to make them work again..
    I tried factory reset but still nothing changed ..any sugestion?

    Is it possible to make this compatible with Garmin Connect?
  • Initial bugs, but working now

    First, it wouldn’t let me create an account. It said there was an error and to try again later. Then I created an account, but there was a download needed that could not be completed due to an error.

    Everything seems to be working fine now, so I’m looking forward to testing them out.

    Yo ya lo descargué el 25 mayo 2018 y se borró de teléfono por que fallaba, mas ahora quiero volver a descargar y no lo permite.
    Creo qué hay una falla en la app

  • Cant even log into and register in app

    I received these nice Oakley glasses today from my son for Father’s Day. Yes one day early so I can get familiar with them and enjoy them. After reading instructions I downloaded the radar pace app. First prompt is to provide name email and password to app. Well half hour later and multiple tries it would not let me register as it indicated an error occurred during processing and try later. Way to go oakley techs. Needless to say even though it said do not pair glasses no other way but through app I was able to pair to my smartphone and listen to music. Cool feature however the swiping to raise or lower volume and tap to next song did NOT work. Not feeling good about how much my son paid for these glasses. A lot I imagine and disappointed so far and trying them to get to work properly. I will have him send them back if I can’t get app and other features going. Reading other reviews I am wondering why Oakley techs are not responding and fix the problems quickly. I will go on web a give a low rating also for poor quality app and recommend not to buy glasses as a result. Oakley glass are not all cracked up to what others say about it and for the price you should get top notch quality. Signed by disappointed Dad

    How can I register/sign up to create an account? It always shows error occurred upon creating an account. Please help
  • Worst time to get a new pair of Racer Pace

    Great concept but only if it works. Got my glasses yesterday and still unable to register an account to pair the glasses.
  • Cant even register my profile

    Just got a new set of radar pace glasses. I installed the radar pace app as prompted on instruction. First freaking step, which is registering your profile, simply refuses to work. ‘An error occured while processing your request’ and never works, dosen’t matter how many times you try reinstalling the app or redoing the registration.

  • Unable to save profile

    I got radar pace 4 days ago and not able to save the profile when using radar pace application. Gets error there is error processing your request, please try again later. Contacted Oakley support and no help and told to Keep trying. Application update will be coming soon however no ETA. I can pair the device with phone and listen music however unable to use coach and the training programs. Can’t believe that Oakley have hardware , which is good however no software to support and their customer service is clueless about their product.
