Same issue-unresponsive and crashes
Loses connection, unresponsive, have tried for several days to make it work. Have to keep logging in and going back and forth on Bluetooth to “forget device” and try again. Very frustrating, this is my first review for anything ever!! Taking them back.Lari!!:)
Disappointed
I just purchased the glasses and I like them very much. My only issue is the app constantly crashes not allowing me to do updates to allow the coaching features to work. I was really looking forward to the full Oakley experience and I have been left throughly unsatisfied.WhatISee
Worked when I 1st bought it
It won’t update now....it pairs via Bluetooth but it won’t download after hundreds of tries....so I guess no more coach....only can listen to music that’s itmOdiGs47
Doesn’t work at all.
Glasses pair fine, when you get to the “meet the coach” portion of the app it requests that you put on the glasses to meet the coach. App becomes unresponsive. There’s no change when you put on the glasses. Oakley staff was completely unhelpful and transferred me to seven different people who had no idea what was going on. There’s no way to move forward or access the training. Totally useless.Show lessCameroni79
Crashes when updating firmware
Just picked up a set of Radar Pace shades and saw the factory firmware is still 1.0.x. Loaded the app on my iPhone 7 running iOS 11.0.2 and went through the setup process. App tells me that new version 1.4.x is available and tells me to update. I click update and app immediately crashes. Tried twice more with same result. Also noticed that the app constantly loses connectivity with the glasses even though iOS still sees them and I can play music to them via Bluetooth. I’m guessing these issues are related to the old firmware and the app having problems. Total nightmare at this point. Tried finding a way to update firmware via Windows but there is no mention of this in the instructions or the Oakley website.Show lessMtnracer

Good Concept, Needs More
Concept is great. During run coaching was helpful and really good. App lacks ability to edit schedule and or add runs that are missed because glasses stopped working. Likely will not buy a second pair and stick with Nike Run Club.ajcphoto31

Great experience with the virtual coach - natural language works, coaching AI is engaging and the app is zippy. Great tool for training for my first marathon!Nikko_FL

What it does, it does pretty good. I like the info it provides during my run but it just doesn't provide enough. It needs to connect to my Apple Watch for my heart rate; keep track of gear like my shoes; provide details at .25 mile intervals; add workout manually, just to name a few.PapaLutz
