RsIt does not work half of the time. When I want to check my detailed balance, it will not give it to me the first time. I have to process it least 4 to 5 times. I have called customer service and they did not help. All they tell me to go to the website.Improvements Needed
Most financial institutions app offer the following which are needed at Trust: (1) customers should be able to turn their debit cards “on and off” within the app to offer additional security for customers and the credit union (2)Bill Pay Payment Center should allow customers the option to Pay a Person via direct deposit; not everyone uses and/or accepts Zelle payments (3) Online banking via computer allows customers to email the credit union after hours; the app online allows chat when the credit union is open but no secure email option— adding this functionality allows the customer to handle concerns even when the bank is closed and chat is offline/unavailableShow lessThe wait is over
I’m so excited about this app. I’ve been waiting for Trust to launch an app with easy access. All my other banks have an app and now Trust. Way to go!!
