  • Helpful staff, but…

The staff has been helpful, but what you have to go through to make a deposit in your own account is ridiculous. The app is not user friendly, directions are unclear or incomplete, & the process from having to be “approved” to make a deposit to having to type & write account # over & over is just unwieldy. CBT, please take a look at Chase’s online banking system to see how to streamline your system! All that said, many thanks to Shana & Victoria for helpful communication!
