Great room correction app
After numerous attempts to calibrate and experiment with multiple device/mic set-ups, it is amazing and love the final set-up. Definitely smoothed out some annoying harsh frequency spikes in a small room.Mechamits
XR13 not supported
I have a nee paradigm xr13 and its not even on the list of supported devices. Yet there is a plug and arc emblem on the back. Pc software doesnt find the sub either. Plug everything in try and turn on arc and it tells me i have o download this app, which doesnt support this sub. JunkLamma71
Never completes
Using my iphone, the correction completes the first process for position 1. Then gets an error every time stating excessive background noise. It’s absolutely silent in the room. Useless…Genecreamer

App will not sync. I gave up after months of trying. I know Im doing everything right in trying to connect.topnotchmarc

App can’t even discover devices. Don’t get past first part which is discovery. Their pc app is a disaster as well. The only thing that works sometimes is logging into the browser page via the IP. Anyways I have an anthem that I can’t run ARC on smh.itsolen

I just bought the MRX1140 almost $4400 after tax. Hook it up, told to download iOS app in Quick start guide. THIS IS THE SECIND APP THAT DOESNT WORK WITH MRX1140!!!!

Brand new iPhone not supported
As the title states, my iPhone 13 Pro Max is unsupported (or perhaps the version of iOS?)
