Glad you didn't have any problems. Some of the other users may have been using an iPhoneX. Version 1.3.0 has fixes specific to that device. It also includes some minor improvements to the optimizer, you may want to re-run it to see if it can make any further improvements to your system.So disappointed
It’s 2018. Anthem is advertising iOS features on its products while at the same time not ACTUALLY offering apple support. There is no cable provided in the ARC kit that allows you to plug the calibrated microphone into your iOS device as the app instructs you to do. Go ahead and try to use your internal mic and the app crashes every time! “Critical Error” Arc could not complete measuring due to a critical audio problem. This is top of the line equipment! Someone over there is dropping the ball in a major way!Show lessfisheresque

And no support from Anthem. Says it connects at the beginning, runs all the tests, then says it's optimizing and uploading, then back to the home screen. The AVM 60 says that ARC is in process during that time, then goes back to idle. But there is no date or ARC file created. No error messages saying that it didn't complete on the AVM or iPhone. Should be removed from the App Store if they aren't going to properly support it or fix it. I generally have a good view of Anthem as a company, but ARC Mobile is a failure and an embarrassment.Show lessJasper Weinberger
So confused
So you guys made an iOS app that uses the microphone in my cell phone to calibrate my stereo, (which didn't even work) but I can not use the very robust microphone that came with my $2000 avr. because there is no support for my mac book. Sweet.tony_90c

I wrote a long detailed review but the App Store advised me the username was taken and deleted the whole thing. So the short version is I've tried 6 times (AVM 60) and never gotten past the 4th position. It locks and says lost connection but the AVM is fine so maybe the phone? App does not offer quick sweeps of single speakers and doesn't ask for your phone model (mine is 7plus) so it doesn't know anything about your microphone. My advice is do it right, dig out the stand and microphone and laptop and you'll be much happier.Show lessBaggins55
Don't waste your time.
App connects to Anthem hardware ok, but here's the thing. You spend all the time running the ARC test only to have the app crash upon completion. Garbage.!Just Kurt!
