Absolutely USELESS
NEGATIVE STARS! I simply cannot describe how infuriating this app is. It glitches EVERY SINGLE TIME I use it, which is very often considering I’m the office manager who has to deposit a ton of checks. For a company as big as Capitol One, you all should be embarrassed that your app has so few features and almost zero functionality. There’s absolutely no excuse why these issues should be continuing to happen. It’s been 2 years that I’ve been using this awful app. PLEASE get it together.Show lessPoloTShirtPoloDraws
Unreliable
Constant sign on glitches. Does not integrate with Apple Face ID biometric. Often offline. Changing banks soon. Support Credit Unions not the big banks that caused the financial crisis.Pingu73194747
Half
This app is ridiculous, and not in a good way.
I’d like to be able to see my debt balances and reports, but can’t see that here. I’d like access to the full suite of information reporting, but don’t get that. Just get a list of transactions, without any meaningful reporting.
I thought to myself, well that’s okay, I’ll just use the desktop website via my phone (didn’t have internet access via computer at the time). Nope! When attempting to use Intellix from a mobile device on a browser, you just get redirected to use this half-*#^ app that doesn’t let you do much at all.
