What the app does is direct you at every turn so you don't lose track, you remain consistent and keep going. Without the app it's like trying to remember a recipe under pressure. With the app, it is like having the recipe written down with a step by step guide, and that is the real difference it makes. Best £1.99 I spent, ever.
