This app might be good with other people but when I try to FaceTime my cousin, it automatically ends. And when it works, after like 5 minutes it automatically ends again. This has been happening to me for months now and you need to fix this problem FaceTime. Also I have an iPad Air 2 and why can’t I do the same things as the iPad 11? I mean I can’t put an emoji, I can’t write a text or anything like that! And it’s not a problem from my iPad, my iPad is perfectly fine. And if you didn’t add these features on the other iPads like the iPad Air 2, then you should add them. I recommend you download the other apps to call people. Including discord, justalk etc.
Hey!! I LOVE calling on this app! it’s so easy and goes smoothly. One thing I wish you would add is the time you have been calling. Me and my friends wonder how long we’ve called sometimes and there is no way to tell. Unless you texted before the chat or remember what time. Again, amazing app!!! One more request… a permanent camera button. I know someone mentioned that recently, but i want to put it out there. When I am trying to get a funny picture of my friends on facetime, I can’t capture that moment because it takes me so long to get it up there. Thank you!!
PLEASE, I am begging you, PLEEEEEEEEEEASE.. switch the “end call” button back to the bottom of the screen and back to the big perfect round button it used to be. We used to be able to literally just end the call with our free thumb when holding it in the most common position. Now I have to pretty much grab my phone with both hands and switch hands so I can use my pointer finger to hit the “end call” button AT THE TOP RIGHT, a button that’s sooo much smaller as well. Such a horrible call. Like whoever decided to do that clearly doesn’t use FaceTime and clearly this wasn’t reviewed & tested by any users before release. Please change it back.
I absolutely love FaceTime!! The quality is astonishing! It rarely lags and and the video is always great!! I use this app all the time to call my friends and sometimes I need to screen share. Every time I try to though my friends always say that they don’t see anything even though it says that I’m screen-sharing. They say that my camera is off. Can you please fix this bug so I can screen share? Thank you and amazing app!! 👍🏽
Why? Who was the idiot ? Consumers pay too much for an iPhone to not be able to use FaceTime in a simple way. Options should be offered not mandated.

Every person should have the ability to customize their phone to their needs and lifestyle. At portrait mode to face time?? Really? No need? Instead, Einstein should of figured out a clever way to create a feed or clips within live call to post and share information as a teaching tool with speech to text.
Create a link… could be useful if it wasn’t so tedious.
I really love calling with this, and parts of the new update. Though, one part of the update really messes with me while playing.
Though I’m not sure if this has to do with the app itself, it may be just an update with Apple, but I don’t really enjoy having to click just once in order to make the call full screen. I keep clicking on it accidentally, and I keep getting kicked out of the app I’m in, and sometimes it won’t save my progress.
This feedback is about me suggesting making it so that when we click on the call, it has a “main menu” where you can end the call, make it full-screen, mute, etc., just like before the update. Though, I really enjoy being able to share screen, and the better quality of the call.
I want SnapChat filters on FaceTime right now. My friends were BLESSED by my amazing face with a beautiful SnapChat filter. It was a filter with buck teeth, pigtails, squishes my face, and huge glasses. My friends prefer to call me on FaceTime rather than SnapChat because of this and I am very disappointed. I request that you add filters, at least the one I am talking about, or else (dun dun dun). Because when you think about it, wouldn’t it be so fun to have those silly filters. I want to be able to haunt my friends and in order for me to do this, I need this filter. I will be forever disappointed until I obtain this filter.
I loved the FaceTime voice calling full screen were it’s like a phone call without a keypad during it, but the new update is really short and you would have to go to the FaceTime adding screen to make your screen full so that’s it, but what I love is that you have a FaceTime link that you can share, and if you have a device that you cannot do Group FaceTime, now it’s the time to do it! That’s it for now bye!
I’ve always used FaceTime and love it but the most recent update really ruined things. I love that you can have a bubble of the screen if you exit FaceTime to use other apps at the same time, but the thing that I absolutely hate the most is that the end call button got switched to the top of the screen instead of the bottom. The button is half the size, I almost always miss it and it has made it 2x more difficult to end a call. Literally there is always an awkward silence at the end of every single phone call because neither of us can reach or tap the button quickly enough. Please change it back
I’ve tried so many times to give FaceTime a chance because my contacts all have iPhones. Yet, it is so consistently unreliable, and not even on particularly slow connections. It will just freeze, and be a constant source of frustration. I end up asking to switch to Skype each time, with no issue at all.
Even the audio only is so unintuitive. I’ve tried to place an audio FaceTime call with the little telephone next to the camera of the contact, under FaceTime, and I still get forwarded to a dial call instead. Once you turn on the camera for audio calls, good luck figuring it how to turn it off again.
Just terrible.
