Data no longer syncs
I had this scale for about a year, then all of the sudden the data stopped syncing. I’m able to see my weight through the app, but the weight will not log along with the other info (eg MBI, fat, hydration, etc). I’ve tried removing the app and re-installing, resyncing my scale, changing the batteries, but no resolution. If your scale is working perfectly, give it time. It will soon stop working as others have already said. I’m on a mission for a new scale.Show lesspurplenursebetty
App abandoned
App worked for me the last couple years, but appears to have been abandoned the last few years. It auto-logged me out and all options (Sign in, sign up, or reset password) all have the same useless error message “You can do operation when open network”. What ever that meansnewcharlei
Works great until recently
It now longer adds my weight into the app. I have to click on the weight circle then the check mark. Then I have to adjust it so that it will reflect the correct weight. Which means the “fat” percentage is always “0”.
Not sure what happened but would love a fix to this!
I have used this for 2 years and absolutely love it! Just please fix whatever changed or tell me what I should do so that it works correctly. Thanks!Show lesskara_tastic
