  • Too frustrating

The app is so frustrating to work with. When doing a survey or trivia, it will freeze and force you to close the app, reopen, and continue on.

Switching between challenges screens also get wacky and/or freeze as well.

The app has a lot of potential, but it’s probably hurting my health instead of helping because of the stress.

  • Pathetic interface

This is a real low effort app. Not sure how they got Aetna on board. This is a cheap web interface where buttons are slow and clunky. Tabs come out incomplete and out of size to a mobile screen. This looks like a desktop site trying to resize for phones. Seems like no effort was made to actually make an app. Keeps asking to connect to devices even though my watch is already linked.

Aetna’s in house app was much much better than this. Just disappointed all around.

  • Needs improvment

No Face ID login, won’t save login

Disconnects from your personal health devices so any actives you’ve done that would add up to dollars for your HSA are gone

Multiple clicking to get to page you need and exiting one page takes you back to start of click through journey instead of last click if not careful
