All Fred’s online apps are amazing! They are relevant, easy to follow and to the point! If you want to pass an exam or even just to broaden your knowledge this is the way to go. Trying to do it yourself is overwhelming and ineffectual! 100 % recommended!
Must have app for training towards your OOW 3000
This app is great! I used it leading up to my OOW 3000 (passed the first time) and still use it all the time now to keep myself fresh with the COLREGS, lights, buoyage, GMDSS, ISM etc.. Highly recommend for any aspiring officer as well as a qualified officer.

Plenty of bugs not much value for money
The content you get is not really worth the money.
It could easily do with an actual copy of the IRPCS for easy reference.
Additionally flags and a flag quiz would also be very helpful.
Some of the quiz’s are pretty bare, overall needs more content for the price.

Too expensive
For what it is it’s too expensive (clearly targets the yacht crew have money).
Lots of bugs & isn’t that up to date. Lots of answers are short without any explanation as another person wrote. It can help with revision but not a great overall app.

This app is expensive for what it is.
The explanation of a wrong answer has me going to outside resources to find out what I got wrong. I would also like to be able to go through the answers when I have finished a quiz and see where I went wrong. Plus the app crashes on a semi regular bases.
