In this release, we've been hard at work to enhance your experience and make myTC even better. Here's what's new: Emergency Phone number – if you have an emergency while you’re on your trip and your Travel Counsellor is not available then you can now access our emergency helpline straight from the myTC app. Book your own travel insurance – UK users can now buy travel insurance from our trusted insurance provider straight from the myTC app. We appreciate your ongoing support and feedback. Your input helps us make myTC better with each update. If you encounter any issues or have suggestions, please reach out to us through the in-app feedback option.

We are always working to ensure your myTC app continues to function as smooth as possible. In this recent release we have done some fixes to stabilise the app and iron our some minor frustrations that our customers have highlighted to us. We've also realised some new functionality that allows you to share personal, contact and travel information directly with your TC to help with your booking of trips and holidays. You are able to update, amend or delete this information at any time. You can find these new options under 'More' in the app menu. We take data protection very seriously and always ensure any information you share with us is used for the intended purpose and is sent via secure and trusted methods.
