No problem to connect to my phone when the watch is brand new, but the app in my new phone cannot detect my watch. Not sure if it is because of the watch or the app. FYL, I have disconnected the watch in my old phone already, both in the app and my phone's setting.iphone user uses kronaby

Very nice build quality and presentation with this watch (Apex).
The app is exceptionally intuitive, setup was a breeze. All the notification features are easy to assign and remember.
The IFTTT options are limitless e.g. open/shut garage door, operate smart lights etc. All this in a beautiful timepiece!Show lessl33gmann

Using the locate phone function by pressing the pusher or crown only works if your phone is on. For Apple iPhone, even if it’s sleeping, the alert phone function does not work. This is a shame because the only time you need to search for your phone is when it’s misplaced.liborio63

The watch itself is much better than their software. The whole experience could be 100x better if they put more work into their appElon's iPhone
Issue with connecting more than one watch
I loved the initial idea and look of these watches but in order to have more than one (and have it working with you phone) you have to disconnect the last watch you used, log back into the app and when the new watch is connected, you’re going to have to repersonalize everyday. The app says connected to Bluetooth but remains with the previously work watch in the app.
Would be much more convenient to be able to just put one of my three watches on and not have to spend five minutes setting it up.
