  • My phone is permanently locked

    The app made my son’s phone super glitchy, and after a week the screen guide app disappeared from his phone and now his phone is permanently locked. There’s no way to unlock the phone. Even after trying to unlock it, it’s not working. Please fix this. We filled out a ticket explaining this problem.
  • Almost completely useless

    I thought this app was great until i discovered that all my son has to do is exit wifi, or turn wifi off, in order to have unlimited time on the phone. He now uses almost all his time then simply toggles off the wifi and continues gaming indefinitely. Or, he turns on his time and then when he leaves the house wifi enroute to school, the phone works all day until he returns. This pretty much makes the app entirely useless. What a disappointment.

  • Easy Management

    Screen Guide gives me everything I need to manage all our iOS devices. I can set schedules, allow certain apps only and even give my teenager the freedom to choose how he will use his allotted 2 hours per day. You set the apps that are always available and have the power to put a device on timeout at anytime.

  • The perfect complement of features for iOS users.

    This app has all the missing items a parent needs to control their children's use of their iOS device.

    We already have “Find My Friends” so I am glad this does not include a “tracking” app.

    I do think the GUI could be a little better. But still this is a great app!

  • Your kids point of view

    Horrible. No kid should have their phone restricted like this. Yea it’s cool for you parents but really?? Kids prolly think you’re an a*s for blocking out their cool games or social media or their FaceTime. And then shutting off the entire phone? What’s wrong with you guys.
  • Bad quality and bugs

    This app broke my phone, it disabled my stuff for FOUR WEEKS, and I couldn’t check google classroom. Fix your app😡
  • Lots of control, great ap

    Very handy way of keeping screen time under control. Occasionally their device doesn’t seem to respond to adjustments even when they’re connected to the internet, but it sorts out eventually.
  • Best app ever!

    Got a little nine-year-old girl, loves her iPad. The fact that I can control the iPad remotely and blocked off her access gives me a great feeling as a parent to be more involved in her digital experience. I hope they keep on evolving this app is more tools that allow me to monitor and help my daughter.

  • Amazing app!

    This app is absolutely amazing and exactly what I was looking for! I wanted to limit screen time for my kids without paying money and this app allowed me to do just that. I’ve looked at other parental apps but to add more than one child you have to pay. Here I was able to upload two devices with no problem! I would highly recommend this app to anyone who wants more control of their kids screentime!

  • Glitchy but good

    Before the was working just fine. Now, I don’t know why but the app isn’t even appearing on the iPad. The device has a time limit and it is not locked. Since it has a time limit and there is no screen guide app, we can’t access the iPad without disabling the iPad. Can you please fix this.

    Update: the app is now appearing but when we open the app the screen is blank. A minute later it says safari cannot open this page.
