Bait and switch

So when I add the app it just says “get”. I only wanted to check it out and it’s saying now that I have a balance of 35.99. Now i just want to cancel something I didn’t know I was purchasing

Server error

After I finished lesson 8 of chapter 12 it kept saying “Server isn’t responding, please try again.” And I have no idea how to fix it

Questions

So does the app allow you to get your permit from the app or is it just practice ?

Hi! That depends on the state in which you are taking the course. When you select a state on the homescreen, a message will appear letting you know whether you can get the permit through the app or if it is just for practice. Currently, you can get your permit completely through our app in California and Texas. We are working to bring other states to the app with full state DMV approval soon!

Payment

When I first bought the app it let me go through the course very easily. Then I forgot all about the app due to personal reasons, but I was on 42% completing the course. I came back to finish my course but it said I needed to pay again because I used up my “free trail.” I was confused at first but I continued to pay anyways, then I did and it told me that I had already purchased the course so if I would like it for free? Obviously I said yes so it gave it to me for free but when I clicked on the the button to go back where I left off on 42% of the course, it took me back to square one saying “you have finished your free trail.” Please help

This message may have appeared because your course expired. Per the Terms of Use during registration, "You will have 90 days (3 months) from the date of enrollment to complete your online course through DETG unless otherwise stated [...] If you do not complete your course within this period of time, your DETG account will be de-activated and no refunds of your course fee shall be issued. If your DETG account is de-activated and you want to re-activate it, additional fees shall apply." If it has been less than 90 days but you are still seeing this message, you can contact customer support by phone--1-800-749-4445--or email--info@driveredtogo.com--and they will be able to resolve any issues you are experiencing.

Cool, Easy and fun

My mom registered me for this and it was the best thing . It was educational and fun at the same time! The videos were sooo cool ! Awesome app !!!

Best app yet ever made Full score on the last exam

So I did pass with this it was really useful in learning the driving safety and dangerous hazards of being on the road. 40/40 on my score and I was wondering if anyone can rate this app with the estimated time of when the certificate reaches home.

Your certificate will be shipped via US Mail and it should arrive within 7 to 10 business days. We will send you an email when the certificate has been shipped with more details. I finished

On iPhone how do we know it’s being sent? Mine says “course is finished” will it send now?

Such a great app. It was easy to use, material was interesting and informative and best of all it was cheap. No wonder why this company has been in business for 20 years.

Trying to make me pay extra

I already payed the initial amount to do my lessions when I am now 74% done it tells me my free trial is up when I was never using that now I have to wait to try and get my permit this is such a struggle for me you you guys are making it 10x harder for me
