  • How is it getting worse?

    I didn’t think it was psychologically possible for them to make this app more difficult than navigate, and yet they did..
  • Great Music Service for Business

    Finally we can create custom playlists and get the vibe for our business that we know we need. No more terrible premade “business” playlists. This service allows you to create your own playlists and import from Spotify. All licensing is included as well. The app is easy to use
  • Easy music streaming for our business

    Finally, a music streaming service licensed for business but feels like what we’re used to. We’ve tried antiquated commercial services that are so out dated and offer terrible service. With this app, we can customize playlists, schedule weeks of music for different day parts and adjust music for different areas (the refer to them as zones), choose new tracks for events, and holidays. Great user experience and easy to use.

  • Won’t play out of aux cord

    As of a few days ago,us iv won’t play out of my iPad or iPhone via our speakers when hooked up to the auxiliary cord but will play out of the device, which isn’t helpful in a business at all.

    If music is playing from your device, the app is working as intended and the issue is local. Make sure that the connection between your device and speaker system is set up properly and that the volume is turned on.
  • PLEASE FIX YOUR APP

    There are SO many problems with app!
    1. I can’t organize the songs in my playlist alphabetically. This is so annoying!
    2. When my playlist are on shuffle, there are so many repeats for no reason! I have hundreds of songs! Why do I hear the same song every hour?!
    3. I can’t tell what songs are explicit and what songs aren’t because they all say explicit regardless!
    These are the main problems of what feels like a million. This app frustrates me everyday! Can you please fix your app?!

We'd be happy to look into why you're experiencing repetitions. Please contact us at support@soundtrackyourbrand.com and include your account name and email address. 3. Only explicit songs are marked as explicit. If you don't want explicit songs playing in your location, you can use the explicit filter feature to automatically block all explicit songs.
  • Overpriced and poor customer service

    Unfortunately this software was a waste of my time and money. Used it for a few days, and needed to find another solution. I suggest you continue your search.

    * they have every song I’ve ever tried to play. The biggest selection of premium music from the biggest stars and labels + wide depth. 55M tacks!
    * The software is very flexible and very powerful yet really simple to use
    * we can import Spotify playlists from our personal accounts even from customer accounts
    * The simple admin controls allow me to let employees feel empowered while keeping their music choices within what works for our biz. (no explicit lyrics or death metal!!)

  • Stay away

    Poor customer service and low grade product. Hard to use and I don’t recommend

  • Not nearly enough good music

    We’ve been listening to this for a week now at my salon and it’s awful. It’s been playing a bunch of songs that none of us have ever heard of. We are at work more hours than we are anywhere else, we should get to legally listen to music that we know and love. This does have the options to block songs, but since we are working, no one has time for that. And so far we need to block about four out of five songs. We are all very frustrated.
