I had this app for years and now it crashes when I try to open it

Doesn’t work and no customer service
I bought one and it didn’t work. I checked with another bulb to make sure the connection was good, and it is. I returned the bulb and got a new one. This new one doesn’t work either. I called customer service during their listed hours and was unable to speak to anyone; voicemail the only option. What a pain.

App is a mess
The actually connection betwenced the phone and the light bulb is fine. The app on the other hand... It’s a mess

Used to work, doesn't anymore
The app crapped out and there's no faq or anything in the app to help. Reset network settings, uninstalled and reinstalled app, nothing works.

Bluetooth cannot connect
Had to return it to Loews. The app could not connect. Total bust, really bummed
Sounds pretty good but iphone app won't connect
Bluetooth music through the speaker sounds great but the iphone app itself will never locate either of the 2 bulbs we have even from 2 feet away. Disappointing.
