Be warned that this app requires a payment to use…I didn’t want to pay a subscription fee for lightbulbs I assumed I’d be using for years to come, so I opted for the one-time $20 payment…
Wish Id known that the app is not really functional before I did that. Bulbs do not stay connected, and getting them to reconnect is hit or miss. Also, even without the connectivity issues and the surprise payments, the app itself is not intuitive or simple to use.

Nearly impossible to set up without purchase.
Now that I have found out that the set I purchased is incomplete I cannot reach customer service to cancel the membership that I should not have had to purchase prior to set up. It’s too difficult to syncKatayy101
Scam-a-Scama-Scam
Like the many other people on here. Bought the Wiz bulbs and with them it said to download this app to use the bulbs. Could not use the bulbs until you reach into your wallet and spend the money. Once you have unlocked the app then you will not be able to set up/ or use your wiz bulbs. No matter how many times you try. Apple should have this company refund everyone’s money and pull the app from the store.Show lessChrisdmode
