One of the best nurse agencies in Victoria, they work smart and hard to help allocate you and I could only say Well done!
Shifts
App works perfect, but shifts don’t come on the app anymore, only selected staff are contacted and being given shifts. Even lost interest in putting availability on app. If you go around different hospitals you meet VNS staff and wonder how they are getting shifts when there is not even a single shift that comes through the app. The only time you are contacted is when there is a shift that no one is keen on taking due to distance or other reasons.

Great
Really good way to get in touch with agency nurses for shifts. Very tempting and you get to choose where you want to go and time to think whether you want to accept the shift or not.

I actually like the use of the App... Apps I use with other companies are not interactive and don't allow for such advance planning... plus there is the ability to write notes pertinent to that day... I have had no problems with it and at times phoned and accepted shifts I noticed advertised that I otherwise may not have taken or been offered as I was not down as actually available... texts in combination works well 😊

No more shifts
I am not satisfied with online member application . Vns staffdo not text message as shifts are available as result staff did not get any shift in week. First send text message to every staff if no staff give response then put shifts online. I used to do 3-4 shifts every week now I do not do any shift until now and I look online after 5 mins .

VNS App
The app is new and is a good attempt at a new interface between the Agency and its staff. There is still a lot that needs to be done to bring it up to its full intended functionality. Also, it is does not seem to work completely intuitively although apparent user friendliness may improve as staff become more used to its quirks.

The app is great for agency nurses of VNS. It has everything in relation to work shifts, work availability and timesheets.
