Was actually considering changing home loans due to how frustrating the previous app was. New one is so much better, actually intuitive, Touch ID, sms confirmation not etokin, easier to pay people. Still not as good as anz and others, but big step on. Needs to have better real time visibility of transaction history with icons like anz do. Hard to remember/know what the transduction was for, when and with who.

Provide face ID for Australia customers
This bank app is very behind the rest of the banks in Australia. At least please provide face ID so we don’t have to keep typing in our passwords.

I got my initial username and password at the bank. Logged into the app with no problems. The app is relatively easy to use.
