Needs improvement
The BOC app is ok and passable. However, it does need a major improvement or an overhaul. It needs a better looking interface, and the ability to check historical balance/transactions of more than the current 3 months limit.

Does not work for Canadian Users!
Why does BOC International mobile app require the creation of a new mobile ID login at the branch? Super very confusing. Touch ID and Face ID support need to be added. Why is non Apple standard keyboard used through out the app especially on login? App needs totally redesign hire a proper UX/UI designer please!

Touch ID for frequent login
Can you please add Touch ID for frequent login. It’s annoying having to login every time you want to do something. Also ability to have SMS verification codes sent overseas.

But you have to request a new ID from your internet banking services for use with mobile logins
Canada accounts cannot login
I see you added support for Canada but I cannot login to the app with my username and password. It keeps telling me it is wrong. My username and password works on the website though
