Updating to 5 stars since vendor has fixed the problem, but mostly because of the quick response time and excellent customer service received.

Hello gpgross, I am very sorry to read that you had trouble with our app. The PDF problem was a bug which was quickly fixed. But you always have the possibility to send a message to our support but I have never receive any. Please contact us via mail (info@presentationbase.com) and I will answer within hours to solve your problem. It would be great if you can update the app version and give us a new rating because I believe it is not fair to give us one star without giving us a chance to improve or contacting us directly.
