  • Disappointed

    Purchased the gold membership for $50 CAN to have access to record backdated triggers and there appears to be no way to do that (only backdated food & drink). App is glitchy with poor graphics. I emailed support with no response. I regret spending the $$ and feel stupid.
  • Not very good

    What a waste of money! I subscribed for a year but very quickly realised that this is a terrible app and I challenge how good it is at detecting food based allergies or intolerances. The UI is clunky and all food input is manual with no breakdown of content. Most food based apps use a food database. Stopped using after 30 hours - what a waste of money!

  • Extremely buggy and absolutely disappointing

    It seems I just wasted a lot of money on an app that doesn’t work properly. It’s missing basic features, it crashes when doing simple tasks, there are buttons that don’t activate, and the display doesn’t fit on the screen correctly… That’s only what I’ve noticed so far. I imagine there are additional issues.

    I love the idea of it, but I’m really sad that this is the product I just paid a huge amount of money for. I don’t think it’s fair to charge so much for an app that doesn’t function well.

  • Didn’t really work, charged full price

    I thought I was doing a trial and it charged me full price. Then I tried to reset the app because I wasn’t sure if it was working correctly and it went back to the default setting and I cannot login. I tried emailing customer service, and that came back as a not working address. I would not recommend this, as it did not really work, no thanks!

  • Can’t backdate entries

    I paid £60 for the Gold subscription, which is supposed to allow you to backdate entries. It doesn’t allow you to do this with symptoms, as far as I can tell and the email I sent to the app’s support hasn’t been answered.
  • The Best Allergy App Out There

    This is great news for people with allergies. Taking photos is an excellent idea and it is so easy to use. Love it!

    Poor food database and other than tracking (by name, not dietary info) all other features need you to register for premium.

  • You have to pay to record symptoms

    The reason I downloaded this app was to record symptoms, but this is a feature you have to pay to use. Not worth downloading if you want to track symptoms.
  • How do I unsubscribe

    I got this thinking it was free how do I unsubscribe as soon as possible
