Fantastic app
I love this app. It does the basics of helping me count my calories but I can also track specific nutrients. In my case I keep track of my calories, protein, fat and carbs, but I also keep track of my Iron, Fibre and Sugar intake. Here is what I love most: We are a family of 6. I can enter an entire recipe that I made for dinner and then log the quantity I ate. And it gets better - my husband can connect with my app, find my recipe and log what he ate into his own account from his device! We can access one another’s recipes and menus which decreases my workload, but he can’t see what I logged for the day. Sometimes I use my desktop to enter the information and other times my phone or tablet.
