Balance Factor’s Food Lover App introduces the Balance Factor – the only tool you will ever need to identify the macronutrient value of a food or meal. Knowing a food’s Balance Factor (BF) helps you control the percentage of carbohydrates you eat at every meal to help you burn excess body fat. Food Lover instantly pairs high carbohydrate foods with a low carbohydrate food and calculates the perfect quantity to balance your meal.
